Our oil and gas production and exploration consulting evaluation resulted in the purchase of a Wamsutter Arch asset, SW Wyoming: Purchased 9.5 Mmcfd & 200 Bod, 200 Wells, over 100 drilling locations & 31,000 net acres. Horizontal upside Ft. Union/Lewis/Almond. Asset was not being actively marketed by seller.

 

Southwest Wyoming / Northwest Colorado; Purchased two Southwest Wyoming and one Northwest Colorado gas / liquids assets, with upside & acreage.

 

Green River Basin, Wyoming; Our oil and gas exploration prospect generation has resulted in 18,000 acres leased.


NW Kansas: Six completed oil exploration projects and prospects sold;

  • 25,000 acres leased.

  • 50 squares of 3D seismic acquired.

  • 12 wells drilled, 50% success rate producing oil.
